MEET THE TRAINER

Lisa Forsyth of Fitness by Forsyth is a
Certified Personal Trainer.
She has designed a series of exercises that can be done on the CoreChair to enhance your active sitting experience and burn more calories throughout the workday.
Lisa has witnessed first hand what stress and lack of movement in the workplace can do to our health.  She lost her father at the young age of 55 due to heart disease.  This has made her very passionate about helping people realize how important it is to move daily, eat right and reduce stress.
She encourages anyone that sits for long hours to at least use the best chair possible for your wellbeing….the CoreChair!!
