RETURN POLICY

CoreChair Classic & Sport

We offer a 60 Day Return Policy on our Classic and Sport models. Your 60 days starts from the date of delivery as determined by courier delivery confirmation.

If you are not completely satisfied with your CoreChair purchase it may be the result of the chair not being adjusted optimally. Please call or email us. If you are still not satisfied you are welcome to return it within the stipulated satisfaction guarantee period, as long as the product is not damaged and you have retained the original packaging.

Your CoreChair product has been designed with careful attention to detail and quality over a period of 7.5 years. This product has been delivered with factory settings for fit and function accompanied by video instructions.

Should you find that the product is not performing as expected, you should:

Contact CoreChair for virtual assistance to determine best adjustments. If this is unsuccessful, arrange for a return of your product within the Satisfaction Guarantee period by contacting CoreChair @ 877-300-3797 or info@corechair.com.

In the majority of circumstances our CoreChair Team is able to assist with some overlooked adjustment options to ensure optimal function and customer satisfaction.

Please read the following to ensure you are eligible for a refund:

  • All components of the CoreChair must be boxed up in original packaging following the re-packing guidelines that will be sent to you when you request the return. This ensures that the CoreChair returns safely. If the CoreChair is returned improperly re-packaged, you will be subject to a restocking fee.
  • The CoreChair must be in like-new condition without any scratches or damaged components.
  • The Classic or Sport is not eligible for a return if there is pet hair on the cushions or in the wheels.
  • If the CoreChair is returned damaged, CoreChair has the right to refuse a full refund.
  • You are only eligible for a 60-day satisfaction guarantee if you have not previously purchased and returned a CoreChair product. If you have purchased and returned a CoreChair product under any satisfaction guarantee, you will not be eligible for return on subsequent orders.
  • If you have purchased a demo unit at a discounted price, your order is not eligible for a return/refund.
  • After your return request has been accepted, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. We cover the return shipping fees. *Please note you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping fees to get the product to you.

Tango

WARRANTY

CoreChair Classic & Sport

Your CoreChair Classic/Sport is warranted against manufacturing defects for a full 8 years. Its structure and mechanisms have been rigorously tested to ensure they will continue to perform under normal conditions. It’s that simple. If the chair breaks and it’s determined that it was a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your chair.

Conditions:

  • The user weight limit for warranty purposes is 250 pounds.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused through normal wear and tear.
  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the product from CoreChair or a CoreChair authorized dealer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and owner. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the CoreChair to another, this warranty terminates and the subsequent owner accepts the product as is.
  • The product must be registered for warranty to be valid.
  • The product must be registered for the warranty within 1 year of purchase. If you have not already registered your warranty, please click here to do so.

Tango

Your Tango is warranted against manufacturing defects for a full 3 years. It’s that simple. If the chair breaks and it’s determined that it was a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your chair.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused through normal wear and tear.
  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the product from CoreChair or a CoreChair authorized dealer. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the Tango to another, this warranty terminates and the subsequent owner accepts the product as is.

        CorePerch

              SHIPPING

              All Products

              We ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada using UPS.

              We process orders within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details and the UPS tracking number. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

              If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@corechair.com.  Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

              INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

              CoreChair.com does not currently provide international shipping outside of North America.

              We do have partners in Europe, ViaSit. You can purchase the CoreChair from their website at www.corechair.eu.
